There are more than 20,000 works of art that are considered national treasures and important cultural artifact at Koyasan Kongobuji temple alone. That is why it is called Shosoin of the mountain.  I am honored to be included in the collection.

The Waterfall works were mounted on the backside of Kano school fusuma.  The anniversary of Buddha's passing is commemorated in this particular room every year. I aimed for pure and sublime work.

The Cliff works are displayed in the ritual room where the ceremony for entering the priesthood is held for boys and girls. I've imagined the cliffs where Kobodaishi spend his youth training in the mountains.
